According to Article 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an agreement to grant the right to use a work in a periodical publication may be concluded orally. The author's agreement implies the transfer of exclusive rights to publish the work in the journal «Engineering School of Transport of the Russian Federation and China», to reproduce the work in an electronic version (database), and to make it available to the public.
The authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of the first publication, which, after 6 months from the publication, is automatically licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License. This license allows others to distribute the work while maintaining attribution to the original author(s) and the original publication in this journal.

The publication is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
